Teens under the age of 18 years old:

1. Full payment

Payments can be made on our website, over the phone, or in person at our West Chester office*

2.Valid Learner’s PERMIT

Temporary Instruction Permit Identification Card (TIPIC)

3.Original Certificate of Completion

***Original Certificate of Completion*** FROM AN ONLINE DRIVER'S EDUCATION E-mailed, mailed, or brought to the West Chester office prior to first lesson*

4. Completed Training Agreement

Listed under the "FORMS" tab- Must be e-mailed, mailed, or dropped off at the West Chester Office prior to first lesson*
